Let’s Connect!
Congrats! We couldn’t be more excited for you and your significant other on your special engagement, and we are thrilled you are interested in working with us! The first step is to reach out to us via phone, email, or the contact form found on our “Contact Us” page.
You can call us at 610-355-7609 M-F between the hours of 9am-5pm, so please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone - we’d love to chat with you live! If you email us or happen to leave a voicemail, you can expect a response back from us within 24-48 hours.

Let’s Meet!
Our doors are always open! Stop by our beautiful studio in Media, PA to meet us in person, or give us a ring to chat on the phone about everything you need to know for the big day. We’re eager to answer all of your important questions and go over everything from pricing, to packages, albums and more! Browse with us through each of our talented photographer’s portfolios and all of our dreamy venue previews to help perfectly envision your day.
03.
Ask Away!
After your first phone call, next is a lead call with the chosen photographer available on your date. Now is the time to ask your photographer all of the little questions you’ve been itching to have answered to ensure they are the right fit for you.

Secure your spot!
Given the nature of the wedding business, limited availability, and how far in advance people book their dates, we encourage our clients to make these decisions sooner rather than later. We will assist closely with any questions you have regarding your wedding and photography for the day.
When you are ready to secure your date with us, we request a retainer payment for your chosen package. If you are still undecided about which package is best for you - no worries! We have an option for that as well. After completing our wedding day questionnaire to help us get to know you and your wedding day needs even better, we will have an agreement made and sent for you to sign. Now you can take a big exhale and let us guide you through the final steps!
05.
Let’s Chat!
About 4-5 months before wedding day your selected photographer will reach out to schedule an in person or over the phone meeting to help you finalize the details of your entire day and make note of any specific requests we should be aware of. We will work with you and your location to secure permits, create detailed family shot lists, coordinate with the band on group photos, and do our best to cater to all family dynamics to take the stress out of any potential uncomfortable situations for you. Whatever it may be, we have got you covered!
06.
The Big Day!
The day we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Our team is eager and ready to capture your day - rain or shine or even a blizzard. Sit back and relax, and bask in the celebration surrounded by all of your loved ones and closest friends, we will take care of the rest! While 2 of our master photographers are working their magic to capture every moment from all angles, our dedicated assistant will be helping to carry your dress and bouquet, offer tissues to Mom, hold extra lighting, and everything in between. We’re here to make sure the day is seamless, and capture the moments even you didn’t get to see!

That’s a Wrap!
You did it! We couldn’t have been more honored to be a part of your special day. Your wedding day may have ended, but we are just getting started! We know you can’t wait to see and share your stunning image gallery, so we strive to deliver these to you as quickly as possible. Following your wedding day you can expect an email from us with your wedding gallery and more information about the items included in your package. Our album designer and post production team will help walk you through the next steps to creating your perfectly retouched album and prints to commemorate your experience.
