Dreaming Of Summertime: Flashback To Sara & Brian’s Gorgeous Summer Wedding
With the weather finally warming up, the Philip Gabriel Photography team couldn’t help but flash back to summertime and the day that we photographed Sara and Brian’s perfect day!
Sara and Brian had their gorgeous summer wedding in Philadelphia last year at the Four Season, now The Logan Hotel.
We loved working with this couple and their families. Everyone involved was so energetic, and the entire day revolved around their connection as a family.
Even the nieces and nephews got in on the action. Two ring bearers carried an adorable “Here Comes The Bride” sign while the beautiful flower girls followed in their adorable purple accented dresses.
From the umbrellas and bridesmaid’s dresses to the gorgeous chuppah and ballroom décor, everything was decked out with the perfect touch of purple. We have to admit that it is now our favorite wedding accent color! The floral designer, Petah Bashano, did an incredible job of incorporating purple blooms and decorations into the already stunning reception space.
The backlighting behind the bride and groom was by far our favorite design element of the night. A reflective cubby rack was lit up with votive candles and accented with low lighting, creating a romantic subtle glow around the newlyweds. It’s not often that we see this element incorporated into wedding décor, and we thought it was a beautiful addition to the ballroom.
Overall, the day was gorgeous. Although the sun was shining bright, it could not outshine the bride! She wore her beautiful, huge smile all day and Brian could not stop looking adoringly at her!
We are so blessed and honored to have documented the excitement and celebration of this perfect wedding day. Thank you Sara and Brian for allowing us to be a part of it all!
